Summary
A wired, plug-in indoor camera for home, baby or pet watching, sold in one-, two- and four-packs and recording 2K video to a microSD card with no subscription needed for basic use. Check the app and subscription terms first: the camera is untested by independent labs and owners report features gated behind a paid plan.
Strengths
- Local microSD storage up to 128 GB with no mandatory cloud fee.
- Night vision advertised to about 30 ft.
- Two-way audio and a compact, discreet body.
- Multi-packs cover several rooms cheaply.
Weaknesses
- No independent instrumented test of this exact model exists.
- The app is the shared VicoHome platform, and the ZEEPORTE app page draws complaints about a malfunctioning app and connection failures.
- An owner reported motion-zone control locked behind a subscription after setup.
- The brand’s older 1080P camera failed a person-detection test badly.
- Siren support is disputed between third-party roundups.
- The exact model number, dimensions, warranty and support terms are unknown.

The app and subscriptions
ZEEPORTE does not run its own camera app. Newer models use VicoHome, a shared platform from PHOTON SAIL TECHNOLOGIES and Addx Hong Kong that several budget brands use; older units use Adorcam. Support and updates come from a third party, not from ZEEPORTE.
The subscription picture is muddled. ZEEPORTE’s own FAQ says basic recording and live view work without a plan and that only cloud storage and advanced AI are optional, but a Reddit owner reported that motion-zone control was locked behind a subscription after setup. Treat advertised activity zones as possibly paywalled and confirm the terms before you buy.
Siren, specs and what’s unverified
Listing mirrors advertise a built-in siren, while one third-party roundup lists “no built-in siren for deterrence” for the same product. Until a first-party spec sheet settles it, treat the siren as uncertain. The 2K and 3 MP figures are advertised sensor numbers, not measured sharpness, and no outlet such as Wirecutter or WIRED has tested a ZEEPORTE indoor camera.
The only hands-on test found covers a different, older camera: The Hook Up’s 2022 battery-camera comparison tested the ZEEPORTE 1080P model and logged 28 missed person detections against 2 in 48 hours. That result does not describe this wired 2K unit, but it is a fair warning about the brand’s detection software.
What it costs and what you still need
The camera records to a microSD card, which is not included, and cloud storage or advanced AI costs extra if you want them. Third-party snapshots put a 2-pack near $25.75 on a retail mirror and about $29.99 on eBay; no exact price was confirmed for the listing in question. Under roughly $30 a single camera is plausible budget value for simple stationary monitoring. Above that, tested brands such as TP-Link Tapo, Eufy and Ring have published reviews and clearer subscription terms.
Which model this is
This page covers the wired, stationary ZEEPORTE 2K indoor camera sold in 1-, 2- and 4-packs; the listing carries ASIN B0HCBNNY7B. ZEEPORTE publishes no model number for this indoor unit, near-identical listings carry different ASINs, and the brand’s outdoor, solar and battery cameras are different products. Do not mix their specs with this one.
