Summary
UREVO’s Strol 2E is a compact, flat-deck under-desk treadmill: 0.6 to 6.2 mph, 2.25 HP, 265 lb capacity, with a free app and no subscription. Check the belt length and your height before buying, since the 40.2 by 15 inch deck gets cramped for tall runners.
Strengths
- Arrives fully assembled and ready to use within minutes.
- Quiet in walking mode; Live Science measured about 30 dB with a phone sound-meter app.
- Cushioned, grippy 5-layer belt with 8 silicone shock absorbers.
- Free app with speed control, basic stats and two 30-minute guided workouts; no subscription.
- Folds to 4.6 inches high and rolls on transport wheels for under-bed storage.
- Safety handlebar, which is rare in this category.
Weaknesses
- No incline at any speed.
- Basic app with occasional connectivity issues; no scenic routes or AI features on this model.
- Handlebar and device holder need firm tightening; the holder bounces at speed.
- Maintenance: lubricate the belt every 125 miles, with a reported learning curve.
- Motor heat and a burning odor reported by owners of older UREVO 2-in-1 units; not confirmed on the Strol 2E.

Belt size, noise and fit
The belt is the main compromise. Live Science tested the unit for two weeks and measured about 30 dB in walking mode and about 60 dB at top speed with a phone app, found no damage, and praised the cushioning, while noting the deck size. UREVO publishes no decibel figure for this model, so the 30 dB walking number is a phone-app measurement, not a manufacturer spec. The folded form is a 51.2 inch long slab that slides under a bed or sofa but does not stand in a closet or behind a door.
Maintenance, heat and durability
UREVO advises lubricating the belt every 125 miles, applying oil to both sides of the belt and idling 5-10 minutes, which owners report has a learning curve. The manufacturer FAQ ties error codes E0, E7 and E10 to the safety-key magnet position, and a burning odor to lubrication and inspection of the motor head, small belt and fan. Reddit owners of older UREVO 2-in-1 units report motors running hot with a burning odor; those reports concern older models, not the Strol 2E specifically, so treat them as a caution signal rather than a confirmed defect. Warranty is 2 years from payment date for purchases on UREVO.com, 1 year by default on retail platforms, with an optional 180-day extension, and product registration is required to claim. Returns are 14 days through the manufacturer or 30 days on retail platforms. Replacement parts are a question mark: UREVO sells remotes, safety keys, power cords and handrail accessories, but belts, motors and decks are not documented, and one Reddit owner claims UREVO does not sell replacement parts.
App, warranty and parts
The “smart” label oversells the app. It changes speed, tracks basic stats (steps, distance, time) and includes two 30-minute guided workouts; scenic walks and AI features are limited to premium incline models. There is no incline at any speed. The app is free with no subscription. Customer service runs live chat Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM PST, phone +1 844-998-2473, and email contact@urevo.com. UREVO was founded in 2022.
Is it worth it?
At or below about $200 the Strol 2E is a strong value for desk walking and occasional jogging: quiet, compact, cushioned, with a handle and a free app. Between $200 and $280 it is fair. Above $300 it is weak value, especially for buyers over 6 ft tall or over 265 lbs. UREVO’s US site listed the Strol 2E at $169.99 against a $289.99 compare-at price at the time of the check on 2026-10-22, with mixed stock status shown. Live Science (2025-03) priced it at $279.99, Top Trusted Products at $199.99, and Pad & Pace at $189.99 as of 2026-10-22. T3 (2024-08, UK) listed £249 RRP and Runner’s World UK £240, £190 discounted. Anyone wanting incline, heart-rate tracking or a longer deck should look elsewhere; the WalkingPad C2 (4 mph, 220 lbs) is $429 and the Egofit Walker Pro offers incline at 3.1 mph. Recurring costs are electricity and lubricant every 125 miles; there is no app subscription.
