Compatibility and setup

The webcam is USB plug-and-play with no driver, so setup is a single cable into a USB port. The manufacturer lists compatibility with Windows 7/8/10 or later, Android 5.0 or later, macOS 10.6 or later and Chrome OS, and names a broad set of calling and streaming applications. No firmware, driver or maintenance guidance is published, so treat the unit as a simple peripheral rather than a configurable device.

What the listing does not tell you

The manufacturer page does not publish a frame rate, sensor size, USB generation, cable length, dimensions, weight, materials or power draw, and it does not state a warranty or repair process beyond a contact email and phone number. The microphone is described as both “Stereo Mic” and a single high-sensitivity mic, and the “Ring Light” wording appears in retailer titles but not in manufacturer copy. The manufacturer page also reports no customer reviews.

ToLuLu’s storefront lists this webcam at $19.99 (ToLuLu storefront, 2026-10-29). At that price the package is positioned as a budget entry webcam. Whether it represents good value against tested alternatives cannot be assessed, because no independent test data or owner feedback for this exact model was found. Third-party marketplace listings for the same model have commonly sold above the manufacturer storefront price.

Is it worth it?

At $19.99 from the manufacturer, the package is a budget entry webcam, and any value judgement should be treated as unverified. Buyers should rely on the retailer’s return policy and on direct hands-on evaluation, since the available evidence is limited to first-party marketing copy. The specifications above are unverified by independent testing.
