Summary
A low-cost 20V cordless drill/driver sold in a family of kits under the PULITUO DC7720S name, most often as a two-battery set with bits and a 30 N·m torque claim. Check the exact bundle and battery count before buying, because the piece counts and the hardware inside them are not the same.
Strengths
- Two 1.5 Ah battery packs come with the basic kit, so you are not buying a second pack straight away.
- Two gears, a variable trigger, reverse, a lock and a 21+1 clutch give more control than a single-speed screwdriver.
- The keyless 3/8-inch chuck takes ordinary round and hex-shank bits without a chuck key.
- Owners of the two-battery bundles describe it as light and beginner-friendly for furniture assembly and small jobs, though some of those reviews are incentivized.
- Larger bundles add a level, tape, hammer and pliers for buyers starting from no tools at all.
- A US marketplace seller replies to buyer complaints, so there is a contact route.
Weaknesses
- The 30 N·m peak is a seller claim; one owner comparing it to a Black+Decker felt it was much weaker under load, and a 2026 buyer gave the 119-piece version one star for weak power.
- A same-brand 20V 1.5 Ah replacement battery marketed for a leaf blower did not fit that blower, so do not assume any PULITUO 20V pack fits this drill.
- The included bits are generic, and the maker’s own site quotes a testimonial that they “aren’t amazing”.
- There is no independent controlled test of this exact model, no published failure rate and no confirmed parts channel.
- The 3/8-inch chuck limits large-shank drills and some hole-saw mandrels.
- Piece counts are marketing: a 119-piece set does not mean 119 cutting bits, and the 238-piece pink set uses a different drill with 310 in-lb and different speeds.
Verified specifications
| Model | PULITUO DC7720S, a compact cordless drill/driver, not a hammer drill or an impact driver. |
|---|---|
| Power | 20V lithium-ion, with two 1.5 Ah battery packs in the documented two-battery kit. |
| Torque | 21 clutch settings plus one drill setting; peak torque is claimed at 30 N·m (266 in-lb), a seller figure with no independent test. |
| Speed | two ranges, 0–400 rpm and 0–1500 rpm, with a variable trigger, reverse and a center trigger lock. |
| Chuck | 3/8 inch (10 mm) keyless. |
| Motor | the model-specific materials do not confirm a brushless motor. |
| Light | an LED worklight that switches on with the trigger. |
| Size and weight | 11 × 9 × 3 in and 4.2 lb describe the portable kit, not a bare-tool measurement; a third-party manual lists about 19.05 × 21.59 × 7.62 cm and 2.16 kg for the packaged assembly. |
| In the DC7720S kit | drill, two 1.5 Ah batteries, charger, four wood bits (4, 5, 6 and 8 mm), four twist bits (4, 5, 6 and 8 mm), ten short and ten long driver bits, an extension, a flexible shaft and screw anchors. |
| Piece counts vary | the same drill family is sold as 34, 39, 119, 120, 199 and 238-piece bundles. |
| Approvals | no UL/ETL listing or battery pinout specific to this drill and charger was found in the accessible model materials. |

Bundles and piece counts
PULITUO sells the same basic drill in several carts, and the headline number counts everything in the box. The documented DC7720S bill of materials is a 34-piece kit; Walmart also lists a 39-piece Greenbag with a storage bag, a 119-piece set, a 120-piece set, a 199-piece toolbox with hand tools and a 238-piece pink bundle. The 238-piece set is not the same drill: its listing advertises 310 in-lb and 0–300/0–1400 rpm, against 30 N·m and 0–400/0–1500 rpm here. A 119-piece set does not contain 119 cutting bits; small anchors, sockets and fasteners pad the count. Check the photographed contents and the battery count, not the number in the title.
Batteries, parts and running costs
There is no subscription and no scheduled consumable: it is a hand tool with replaceable packs. Bits wear with use, batteries age with cycles, time and temperature, and there is no published model-specific replacement schedule for the motor or gearbox. A separately sold PULITUO 20V 1.5 Ah battery listed for the brand’s leaf blowers is $19.99 at Walmart, but a June 2026 buyer said it did not fit their blower, so treat that price as an indicative same-brand figure rather than a confirmed drill spare. The charger in the kit has no confirmed model number or tested charge time for these packs; a maker FAQ figure of 90 minutes refers to a 2.0 Ah pack. Charging both 1.5 Ah packs about 50 times a year works out to roughly 3.86 kWh, or about $0.77 at $0.20 per kWh, using an assumed 18 V nominal and 70% efficiency; treat that as an illustration, not a measurement. If a usable pack can no longer be sourced, a $35–$45 kit becomes disposable, which is a serviceability risk rather than a proven failure age.
Support and warranty
The brand site advertises a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and battery safety, but its warranty page works as a showcase and sends claims to the marketplace seller. Walmart showed free 90-day returns on one 119-piece listing, which is not the same as the manufacturer’s 12-month term. The seller, Dechuang cordless Tools, replies to buyer complaints and asks for order and model details, but there is no documented US repair center, RMA intake or stocked parts portal. No owner reports of a specific claim result were found.
Is it worth it?
At $30 or less a sealed two-battery DC7720S with real returns is excellent; $31–$40 is a good casual buy and $41–$50 is reasonable if the seller supports it. Above about $55 the maths changes: a BLACK+DECKER BCD702C1 is $59.99 at Home Depot with a replaceable battery platform, and a Ryobi ONE+ PCL206K1 is $89.00 with a 1/2-inch chuck and a broad tool family. Walmart has listed the 119-piece set from $35.98 to $44.99, the Greenbag 39-piece at $62.99 and the 199-piece toolbox around $79.99–$89.99; the 120-piece variant showed $89.99. A green 34-piece kit was indexed at $43.99 at NSX Distribution, and a small green kit at $34.99 at WoodArtSupply was marked unavailable. If you need the extra hand tools, a large bundle can make sense; if you already own tools, the bare-drill money is better spent on an established platform.
Which model this is
This page covers the PULITUO DC7720S, a 20V two-battery drill/driver sold in green and red kits, with a 3/8-inch keyless chuck and a 21+1 clutch. The manual page used here is a third-party transcription, not a signed factory PDF, and is tied to ASIN B0DFSW93WM. Do not read the 30 N·m, speed or battery figures onto the different 238-piece pink set.
