Summary

A budget cordless water flosser, sold as the FC159 Classic 300ML line, with a 300ml detachable tank, three modes and a claimed 20-day battery. Check the warranty before you buy: Nicefeel’s own pages disagree, stating 12 months in one place and two years in another.

Strengths

  • Cheap for the class, and Money’s 2022 dentist panel named it the best low-price cordless flosser at about $35.
  • A 300ml tank means fewer refills than smaller cordless flossers.
  • Cordless and portable, with a travel bag in the box.
  • Adjustable pressure and a soft mode suit sensitive gums and orthodontic patients.
  • IPX7 waterproofing allows washing the whole unit under a tap.
  • One Trustpilot owner found it more powerful than a corded Waterpik.

Weaknesses

  • No independent instrumented test of this exact model exists; Consumer Reports and Wirecutter test other brands.
  • Owner evidence is thin, and Trustpilot reviews run from enthusiastic to total failure within about ten months.
  • The 1400mAh battery is not user-replaceable, so a dead battery effectively ends the product.
  • Nicefeel’s own warranty terms conflict: 12 months on product pages against two years in the terms of service.
  • Third-party listings disagree with the manufacturer on tip count (four versus five) and pressure range (30-100 versus 20-115 psi).
  • The button placement can switch the unit off or change mode by accident during use.

What the evidence shows

The FC159 is a budget cordless flosser whose main virtue is price. Its spec sheet — 300ml detachable tank, three modes, 30-100 psi, 1400-1800 pulses per minute, a 1400mAh battery with a claimed 4-hour charge and 20 days of use, IPX7 and four tips — is competitive for the class. Money’s dentist panel named it the best low-price cordless flosser in 2022 at about $35, with one dentist valuing its portability for patients with retainers, braces or implants.

Durability and owner signals

Durability is where the case weakens. The sealed 1400mAh battery means end-of-battery-life is effectively end-of-product, and no official parts catalogue was found.

Warranty, tips and parts

Nicefeel’s own pages disagree on warranty length: the current FC159 pages and the warranty page say 12 months, while the terms-of-service page and a 2019 blog say two years. Third-party listings also disagree with the manufacturer on tip count (four versus five) and pressure range (30-100 versus 20-115 psi). Aftermarket replacement tips and USB charger cables are sold by third parties, but the tank and battery are not offered as spare parts.

Is it worth it?

At $20-35 the trade is acceptable: a competent paper spec sheet and a dentist-panel endorsement in exchange for no test data and mixed durability signals. MouthMedix listed it at $16.99 in an affiliate listing, and Money put it around $35 in 2022. At Nicefeel’s own $39.99 price, the same money approaches cordless models from brands with deeper testing and service histories.

Which model this is

This page covers the Nicefeel FC159, sold as the Cordless Water Flosser Oral Irrigator Classic 300ML in white, blue and gray. Do not confuse it with the newer Plus (FC256), FC1591, FC5090 or the 5-tip fast-charge revisions, which are different models.

The Amazon listing for this model is ASIN B097D5VWQ7.
