Problems, parts and running costs

Summary

A 300 W, six-speed tilt-head stand mixer with a 3.2-quart stainless steel bowl, built for one to three people and small batches. The thing to check before buying: real usable bowl capacity is about half the 3.2-quart label, and the light plastic body wobbles on dense dough at top speed.

Strengths

  • The 300 W motor packs a lot of power for small batches of cookies or dough.
  • Four suction cups hold the machine firmly, even on the highest speed.
  • It weighs under 7 lb and lifts out of a high cabinet one-handed.
  • Six speeds cover folding dry ingredients through to aeration.
  • The bowl and all three attachments are dishwasher safe.

Weaknesses

  • Real usable bowl capacity is about half the 3.2-quart label.
  • The light plastic body wobbles on dense dough at the top speed.
  • It is not for stiff cold butter, which can warp the whisk.
  • Attachments are stiff to remove when new.
  • No warranty, manual or spare parts are published for this model.
  • Scraping down the bowl sides is routine.

Capacity and the bowl

The nameplate says 3.2 quarts, but the practical usable capacity is closer to half that before ingredients start climbing the sides; a quart of heavy cream whipped in this bowl came close to the rim. That is the number that matters, and it does not appear in the seller headline. Dense doughs at the top speed make the machine wobble, and the attachments do not reach far enough down to mix without stopping to scrape.

Power and stability

Tasting Table, the only mainstream outlet found to have assessed this brand, rated it 14th of 16 stand mixer brands and still wrote that it packs a lot of power for small batches of cookies or dough. HomeAndTome reports running it for several minutes of continuous whipping without the motor stalling, overheating or smelling. Four suction cups grip the counter and the machine does not budge at the highest speed, but Tasting Table’s judgement is that the cheap plastic body makes it too light to remain in a locked position under a heavy load.

Noise and running costs

Noise is the one point the hands-on reviews disagree on. Reviews Inside calls the mixer very quiet compared with others in its category, while HomeAndTome lists a loud motor at higher speeds as a con. No instrumented measurement exists for either claim. There are no proprietary consumables and no subscription; the bowl and attachments wash, so running cost beyond the purchase price is close to nothing.

Repairs, warranty and upkeep

Every readable source agrees on one thing: there is no published warranty, manual, spec sheet or parts list for this unit, and the brand’s storefront returned an error on every attempt during this check. Treat the cheap plastic body and the small bowl as the durability ceiling. Wash the bowl and attachments by hand or in the dishwasher; there is nothing else to maintain.

Is it worth it?

Tasting Table recorded $96.99 for this machine in 2022, and by 2026 it was being sold at about $70, both in Allrecipes’ buyer coverage and in a June 2026 Reddit thread. At $70 it is a reasonable first stand mixer for one to three people; at $96 or more, better-documented budget options become more attractive. The brand’s own larger 8.5-quart, 900 W mixer sits in the same storefront, so a bigger budget is better spent stepping up within the brand.

Which model this is

This page covers the Kitchen in the box 3.2 Qt, six-speed, 300 W stand mixer, the small unit in the brand’s line. It is distinct from the brand’s 8.5-quart, 900 W mixer and from the 4.5 + 5 quart two-bowl model. The Amazon listing for this machine is ASIN B09BVFKNB5.
