Summary
A 23.8-inch flat IPS gaming monitor running 1920 x 1080 at up to 165 Hz, aimed at budget PC gamers. The thing to check before you buy is price and resolution: it is a strong value near $80-90 and a weaker one above $135, where 1440p alternatives compete.
Strengths
- 99% sRGB and 90% DCI-P3 coverage for a budget panel.
- 1080p on 23.8 inches reads sharp enough for many buyers.
- VESA 100 x 100 mm mounting with bracket included.
- HP Eye Ease Eyesafe-certified low blue light mode.
Weaknesses
- No independent instrumented review of this exact model exists.
- 1 ms response is a with-overdrive figure, not a measured result.
- No USB hub, USB-C, KVM, speakers, or height-adjustable stand is mentioned.
- Warranty, power draw, stand adjustability and included cables are unverified.
