Common problems and fixes

Parts and consumables

No replaceable parts or consumables reported.

Yearly running cost

The box includes a 1-year Microsoft 365 Personal subscription with 1TB OneDrive; after that, Microsoft 365 Personal is $69.99 a year at Microsoft’s current pricing. No other consumables are reported; the electricity cost is not quantified in the research.

When it is a good buy

Best Buy lists the Pale Rose Gold (14-dq6015dx) at $129.99 on sale, down from a $219.99 comparable value (October 2026), and the Natural Silver (14-dq6011dx) at $219.99; Willow Green runs $199.95-$352.21. At $150 or less the N150, the bundled Microsoft 365 and the 3.24 lb chassis make sense for a student who lives in the browser and the cloud. Between $150 and $220 it is fair value — compare Chromebooks or Windows laptops offering 8 GB RAM at similar prices. Above $200 the 4 GB soldered RAM is hard to justify, and above $300 it is poor value. [5][4]
