Problems, parts and running costs

Summary

A 516 g handheld car vacuum from Fanttik with a 110 W brushless motor rated at 17,000 Pa on high and 8,000 Pa on low, 4-in-1 vacuum/blow/inflate/deflate functions and a 120 mL cup. Check the runtime before you buy: high mode lasts about 15 minutes and the internal battery is not replaceable.

Strengths

  • 17,000 Pa high-mode suction handles crumbs, dust and tracked-in grit.
  • 4-in-1 versatility covers vacuum, blow, inflate and deflate tasks.
  • 10-piece accessory kit reaches car-seat gaps, vents and upholstery.
  • Upgraded LED ring display shows battery level and mode.
  • Compact 516 g body fits in a car or desk drawer.
  • Some owners report battery lasting longer than expected.

Weaknesses

  • High mode runs about 15 minutes; larger messes exceed the 120 mL cup.
  • Recharging is reported as slow; charge after each use.
  • Battery life reports are mixed.
  • 75 dBA is relatively loud for a handheld.
  • Not suitable as a primary household floor cleaner.
  • No independent instrumented test of this exact model was found.

Battery life and charging

Runtime is mode-dependent: about 15 minutes on high and about 35 minutes on low, from a 2.5-hour Type-C charge at 5 V and up to 3 A. The adapter is not included. The battery is internal and non-replaceable, so the unit should be charged at least once every 3 months during storage and kept between 32 and 104 F. One timed continuous run reported about 20 minutes, and owners report mixed battery life, so charging after each use is the safer habit.

Filtration and upkeep

Filtration is a washable pre-filter plus HEPA filter, with filter replacement recommended every 3 months. Wash the dust cup, pre-filter and HEPA filter with water and let them dry fully before reassembly; do not wash the unit or wet the charging port. The manual advises against vacuuming liquids, smoking or burning items, or hard and sharp objects, and against running the vacuum without filters in place.

Which model this is

The manufacturer calls this the Fanttik Slim V10 Mate, sold under the retailer-facing name “Fanttik Cruise V9 Mate Cordless Car RobustClean White”; match on the specs (17,000 Pa, 110 W, 516 g, 120 mL) rather than the name. A genuinely different Fanttik Cruise V9 exists (15 kPa, 100 W, 75 dB, 0.6 L dustbin, 2.6 lb, 30 min runtime) and must not be confused with this one. The APEX variant is a separate model (120 W, 3000 mAh, 3.0 h charge, 30 min low-runtime). The manual covers both the Mate and APEX variants. Color-specific differences for the white variant were not documented.

Is it worth it?

At the observed third-party price of $69.97, the Slim V10 Mate is a solid value as a car and detail vacuum. Manufacturer direct pricing is $99.99 sale and $119.99 regular. At $71-100 it is fair value; at $101-120 it is weak to fair, since high mode lasts about 15 minutes and the 120 mL cup limits it to spot cleaning. Above $120, value is weak unless the 4-in-1 blow and inflate function or the 516 g weight matters specifically. Compare against the Fanttik Slim V8 Apex (19 kPa, $69.99 direct) and the Slim V10 Apex (19 kPa, $89.99 direct), which offer more suction for similar money.
