Summary
The X10 Pro Omni is a 2024-generation robot vacuum/mop built around a complete dock: self-emptying, clean-water refill, mop washing and 45°C heated-air drying. The robot combines 8,000 Pa advertised suction, LiDAR mapping, RGB-camera/LED obstacle avoidance, dual 180 RPM rotating mops and 12 mm mop lift.
The strongest case is value on mostly hard-floor homes: the hardware and dock automation remain competitive even as the platform ages. Treat that disagreement as real, not as a fact to average away.

- [PRIMARY] Robot onboard water tank: 80 ml per current official FAQ.
- [PRIMARY] Dock dust bag: marketed as 2.5 L; RTINGS reports 2.35 L.
- [PRIMARY] Dock clean-water tank: 3 L; eufy says enough for 1,500–2,000 sq ft 2–3 times under lab conditions.
- [PRIMARY] Heated mop drying: 45°C / 113°F.
Dimensions / weight / materials / maintenance
- [PRIMARY] Robot: 327 × 353 × 113.5 mm (12.87 × 13.90 × 4.47 in).
- [PRIMARY] Station: 366 × 480 × 460 mm (14.41 × 18.90 × 18.11 in). Official FAQ recommends 33.46 in vertical clearance for tank access.
- [INDEPENDENT] TechRadar confirms the same physical dimensions and notes the dock is large; RTINGS describes thick matte-finish plastic and a sturdy dock.
- [INDEPENDENT] RTINGS found the robot itself very quiet; dock self-emptying peaks at 73.2 dBA.
- Routine maintenance still includes filter cleaning, brush/brush-end hair removal, dirty-water disposal, clean-water refill, mop-pad washing/replacement, dock tray cleaning and dust-bag replacement.
- [PRIMARY] eufy's dust-bag interval claim is conditional: ~60 days for 3 people/no pets, ~45 days with one pet, ~30 days with two pets.
- [PRIMARY] Auto-detangling is not maintenance-free; eufy's own FAQ recommends pet owners increase self-empty frequency to every 15 minutes and use Turbo/Max.
Package contents
[PRIMARY official landing page] Robot, All-in-One Station, detachable station base, power cable and documents. [INDEPENDENT RTINGS] also enumerates installed/consumable components: one disposable dirt bag, filter, brushroll/guard and two mop pads. Exact spare quantity can vary by retail bundle, so bundle extras should not be assumed.
Strengths
- Full-service dock materially reduces daily intervention versus basic self-empty-only robots.
- 12 mm mop lift makes mixed hard-floor/low-pile-rug use practical.
- LiDAR + camera/LED obstacle system is feature-rich for this price class.
- [INDEPENDENT] TechRadar found mapping/app usability excellent and real-home mopping very effective.
- [INDEPENDENT] RTINGS confirms very strong battery endurance and effective hard-floor obstacle avoidance despite its harsher cleaning verdict.
- Detachable station base/tray improves access for cleaning.
Weaknesses / limitations
- Tall robot (113.5 mm) and large dock; low furniture and cramped dock locations are poor fits.
- ~21 mm threshold capability is borderline for tall transitions; TechRadar observed inconsistent behavior around ~2 cm thresholds.
- 12 mm mop lift is aimed at low/medium carpet; thick rugs can still contact damp pads.
- No automatic detergent dosing; solution is manual.
- Camera/LiDAR/app complexity adds firmware/network failure modes absent from simpler robots.
- [INDEPENDENT] RTINGS found weak fine-debris/carpet/pet-hair performance, pathing misses and poor dried-stain removal under its standardized methodology.
Recurring praise
- [INDEPENDENT + COMMUNITY] Hands-off dock automation is consistently the central positive.
- [INDEPENDENT] Mapping/navigation and app controls are praised by TechRadar; RTINGS also calls the app superb despite slow input registration.
- [INDEPENDENT] TechRadar reports excellent real-home mopping with no streaks/puddles; Vacuum Wars community summaries likewise praise mopping/obstacle avoidance.
- [COMMUNITY] Many owners report successful daily unattended cleaning and good hard-floor upkeep. This does not establish a failure rate.
Recurring complaints / caution signals
- [COMMUNITY] Multiple owner threads report Wi-Fi disconnect/re-pair failures; some recover after robot/router reset, others do not.
- [COMMUNITY] Repeated reports exist of station water-level/pump errors and failures around/after warranty expiry.
- [COMMUNITY] Brush-drive/screw/magnetic-seat failures recur in repair discussions; some owners report DIY repair, but incidence is unknown.
- [COMMUNITY + INDEPENDENT] Hair can still wrap at brush/ends despite Pro-Detangle marketing; RTINGS directly observed substantial hair tangling.
- [COMMUNITY] Firmware/app updates are blamed by some owners for navigation or behavior regressions. Causality is not proven from forum reports alone.
- [INDEPENDENT] Lab/real-home reviewers disagree materially on carpet and mopping performance, so broad marketing claims should be qualified.
Reliability / maintenance
The X10 has now accumulated roughly two years of field history, enough to identify recurring failure themes but not population rates. The most credible caution clusters are Wi-Fi/connectivity, dock water-flow/level errors, brush-drive hardware, hair accumulation, and firmware behavior. None can responsibly be called a universal defect from available evidence.
Repairability is mixed: eufy publishes battery-replacement guidance and sells consumables, and owners have documented some DIY mechanical fixes. However, dock/pump/electronics faults can require proprietary assemblies and support. Warranty duration/legal scope for the exact US T2351111 was not recovered from a current primary legal page in this tick; do not infer duration from Plus membership's optional +6 months.
Checked 2026-09-23. Current verified channel prices are unusually fragmented:
Recurring ownership cost is non-zero: proprietary dust bags, filters, mop pads, side/main brushes and optional cleaning solution.
Source conflicts / discrepancies
- Cleaning performance: TechRadar reports excellent vacuuming/mopping; RTINGS reports mediocre hard-floor pickup, poor carpet/pet-hair and poor dried-stain cleaning. Different test spaces/settings/pathing appear to explain part, not all, of the gap. UNRESOLVED.
- Dust bag capacity: eufy markets 2.5 L; RTINGS reports 2.35 L. Could be nominal vs measured/usable capacity. UNRESOLVED.
- Promotions/channel bundling explain much of the spread; no single universal live price exists. UNRESOLVED/live-market variance.
- Warranty: product page says hassle-free warranty and Plus annual membership adds 6 months, but exact standard US T2351111 legal duration was not recovered. UNRESOLVED.
- Failure incidence: recurring Wi-Fi, dock-water and brush-drive reports exist, but no denominator or service bulletin establishes population rate. UNRESOLVED.
- Obstacle avoidance: RTINGS finds strong hard-floor but much weaker carpet avoidance; other reviews call avoidance broadly excellent. Surface/method dependence is real; exact general success rate is UNRESOLVED.
Unanswered questions
- Exact standard US warranty duration and exclusions for T2351111.
- Current official individual prices for every recurring consumable and recommended replacement intervals.
- Whether late-production hardware revisions changed brush-drive or Wi-Fi components.
- Whether recent firmware materially changed RTINGS-observed pathing behavior.
- Reliable fleet-level failure/RMA rates.
Short-card summary
Carpet/pet-hair buyers should be cautious: standardized RTINGS testing is much harsher than positive real-home reviews, and owner communities repeatedly mention Wi-Fi, dock-water and brush/hair issues.
The eufy X10 Pro Omni is easiest to recommend as a discounted hard-floor maintenance robot, not as a universal replacement for a manual vacuum. Its 8,000 Pa number is less important than the complete Omni Station: it empties debris into a bag, refills the robot, washes the two rotating pads and dries them with 45°C air. The robot maps with LiDAR, uses a camera and LED for obstacle recognition, raises its mops 12 mm over carpet and gives unusually granular room-by-room control in the eufy Clean app.
RTINGS' updated standardized testing found weak carpet/fine-debris/pet-hair results, pathing misses and poor dried-stain removal, while TechRadar's real-home test found strong vacuuming and excellent mopping. That conflict is itself useful buying information: homes dominated by sealed hard floors and routine daily dirt fit the X10 better than homes dominated by thick carpet, embedded pet hair or tall thresholds.

Evidence discipline: manufacturer performance claims are labeled as such; professional test disagreement is retained; community reports are used only for recurring-pattern signals, never as a measured defect rate.
