Summary
A budget 5 qt air fryer from Cosori’s Pro LE line, sold in the US. Check the manufacturer’s specs before buying: no independent test or owner evidence for this exact model could be found.
Strengths
- Cosori’s tested air fryers compete well: the TurboBlaze 6-quart is a Wirecutter runner-up, and the Iconic is a Tom’s Guide and CNET pick.
- The 1500 W power rating, if accurate, is lower than the 1725 W of Cosori’s tested models, which may mean gentler cooking.
- The 90 °F minimum temperature, if accurate, is unusually low for an air fryer and could be useful for dehydrating or proofing.
Weaknesses
- No independent test covers this exact model: Wirecutter, Tom’s Guide, CNET and RTINGS have all tested other Cosori air fryers but not the CAF-L502.
- Every specification — capacity, power, temperature range, timer, noise, weight — is unverified because the manufacturer’s page was unreachable.
- No owner feedback could be found: Reddit and forum threads were inaccessible during research.
- The 1–60 min timer, if accurate, is short relative to many competitors that offer multi-hour dehydrate timers.
- Cosori does not sell replacement baskets or trays for the TurboBlaze, which matters because Wirecutter recommends replacing nonstick baskets when scratched; parts availability for the CAF-L502 is unknown.

Test coverage
None of the four major US air-fryer test outlets read for this review — Wirecutter, Tom’s Guide, CNET and RTINGS — lists the CAF-L502 among the dozens of air fryers they have tested. RTINGS has bought and tested 54 air fryers; Wirecutter has tested more than two dozen since 2017; Tom’s Guide reports testing nearly 30 plus 32 more across sister sites; CNET tested nearly two dozen. All four do cover Cosori’s higher-end machines.
Brand-level test results
The Cosori TurboBlaze 6-quart is a Wirecutter runner-up. It heats fast with no preheat needed, took about a minute longer to reach 400 °F than Ninja’s top-scoring model, and wavered a few degrees more. It has five fan speeds, a 6 qt square basket, and a simple responsive touchscreen. Its nonstick coating is disclosed as containing PTFE, and Cosori does not sell replacement baskets or trays for it. The TurboBlaze carries a 2-year limited warranty.
The Cosori Iconic 6.5-quart has a 1725 W DC motor, cooks fast and even with crisp results, and uses a ceramic-coated basket. Its stainless-steel shell shows smudges and fingerprints and is not dishwasher-safe. CNET scored it 8.6 and called its digital interface easy to use. Tom’s Guide names it the PFAS-free pick. The Iconic costs about $249 and carries a 5-year warranty.
The Cosori Lite 4-quart turned out fries, wings and nuggets that were slightly soggy and took longer to crisp than picks. The Cosori Dual Blaze (~7 qt) produced slow, mushy and oily results attributed to its size.
These are different, higher-wattage models. Whether any of their performance characteristics apply to the CAF-L502 is unknown.
Is it worth it?
Not enough evidence to say. There is no verified pricing, no independent test data and no owner feedback for the exact CAF-L502. Cosori’s tested models compete well, but they are higher-wattage, higher-priced products. A budget 1500 W Cosori at a low price could be reasonable for light use, but that is speculation. The practical next step is to check Cosori’s manual or spec sheet directly.
Which model this is
This page covers the Cosori Pro LE CAF-L502 air fryer in white, sold in the US. The Amazon listing identifier is ASIN B0CCJ8X596. Do not confuse it with the Cosori TurboBlaze (6 qt, 1725 W), Cosori Lite (4 qt), Cosori Iconic (6.5 qt, 1725 W, stainless) or Cosori Dual Blaze models, which are different products with different power, capacity and construction.
