Summary

A 120W-total, six-port GaN desktop charger with four USB-C and two USB-A ports, built for a laptop plus a bench of smaller devices. Check the port tiers before buying: only C1 and C2 reach 65W, C3 and C4 are 20W-class, and the USB-A ports fall to 7.5W each when both are used.

Strengths

  • Two 65W USB-C ports can charge a laptop while four smaller ports handle phones and tablets.
  • The mixed 4C+2A layout covers both modern and older cables.
  • Compact GaN desktop footprint with a permanently attached 1.5 m cable.
  • Six-layer protection and active temperature monitoring are claimed.
  • Two-year warranty on both the US and EU product pages.
  • At the direct sale price it is cheap for a six-port station.

Weaknesses

  • The 120W headline is a shared total; only C1 and C2 reach 65W.
  • USB-A ports fall to 7.5W each when both are occupied, so six devices at full speed is not possible.
  • Baseus’s own FAQ warns against connecting two laptops at once because the unit can power-cycle.
  • A laptop on C3 or C4 gets at most 20W, not the 65W a fast charge needs.
  • No independent instrumented test and no exact-model owner thread were found.
  • Older Baseus 120W GaN wall chargers draw owner complaints, though they are not this model.

Ports and power sharing

The 120W figure is the shared ceiling, not per port. C1 and C2 each deliver up to 65W (20V/3.25A) for a laptop, C3 and C4 provide 20W-class output, and the two USB-A ports serve accessories at 15W, dropping to 7.5W each when both are occupied. Baseus describes priority allocation that feeds higher-power devices first and recommends keeping it to one laptop to avoid power cycling. For a desk with one laptop and a few small devices that split is fine; for two laptop-class loads it is not.

Evidence and brand history

No instrumented test of the exact FH21 from an established outlet was found, and no exact-model owner thread exists. The only related owner discussions concern older Baseus 120W GaN wall chargers and describe inconsistent output, a unit that died and tripped the outlet, and difficulty getting warranty service. A 2025 recall of certain Baseus power banks over overheating is a brand-level signal only and does not involve this charger.

What you pay

At the checked prices the FH21 is $39.99 on the Baseus US store against a $49.99 regular price, and €37.99 against €47.99 in the EU. Under $45 it is a reasonable desk charger for one laptop plus accessories. Between $46 and $60 it is only fair, and above $60 it is weak when 140-250W stations from Anker, UGREEN and Baseus’s own Nomos line exist.

Which model this is

This listing is ASIN B0GFPW317X. Baseus uses color SKUs E0120S00 (black, US), E0120T01 (white, EU) and E0120U00 (Cosmic Black, third-party). Do not merge it with the EnerFill FH11 wall charger, the Nomos NH21 desktop station or older Baseus 120W GaN wall chargers, which have different port layouts.
