Contact SavingsHook

SavingsHook is an independent product research and catalogue site operated by South Star LLC, a United States company. One address covers everything below; please say which topic it is about and include the page address where relevant.

Email: deals@sstar.us

Corrections

Found a wrong specification, a dead or mismatched store link, or an out-of-date price? Send the page address and what is wrong. We correct verified errors and update the “last verified” date on the page when we do.

Rights holders and photo removal

If you own the rights to a photo, text or trademark shown on a page and believe it should not be there, email us with the page address, what you believe is infringed and how to reach you. We review each request and remove or correct the material where appropriate.

Advertisers and affiliate managers

Merchant, brand and affiliate-network program managers can write to us about product coverage, data feeds or program terms. Commission never buys a better placement or a better write-up, and every affiliate link on the site is marked as a paid link.

Press

Journalists and researchers can ask about how the site works, how it is funded and who does the research. The methodology page answers most of this in writing.
